The TOTO DuoFit In-Wall Tank Dual-Flush System with Copper Supply takes up less floor space, giving your bathroom a more open feel and making it easier to clean. The toilet mounting height is adjustable from 15 to 19 inches and can support up to 880 pounds. This modern design uses TOTO's Dual-Max flushing system, allowing you to proactively conserve water with a full or light flush option. Choose between a 0.9 GPF rinse or 1.28 GPF for tougher jobs.
The DUOFIT harness allows you to select a mounting height of 15 to 19 inches. This provides the opportunity for you to establish a comfortable bowl height for a wide array of individuals. The in-wall unit can support up to 880lbs when installed properly. The kit arrives ready to be installed within a 2" x 6" stud setting with a 2" x 6" polyethylene waste outlet.
If you require installation within a 2" x 4" setting, you will need to additionally purchase TOTO's 2" x 4" PVC outlet kit (THU343). To enhance the installation with a WASHLET bidet seat, there is a pre-attached copper supply built into the system. The separately sold TOTO WASHLET Connection kit will complete your WASHLET install (THU468). This DUOFIT requires the toilet bowl and flush push plate to be purchased separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.
• Why do you ask for phone numbers during checkout?
Some shipping carriers, especially those handling freight, require a phone number to coordinate your delivery. We respect your privacy and guarantee that any information you provide will never be shared with third parties, except for shipping purposes.
• Will this in-wall tank work with any wall-hung toilet?
No. The carrier, tank, bowl, flush plate, and any powered accessories must be an approved combination. Confirm the listed compatible bowl models before closing the wall; matching bolt spacing alone does not establish flush or electronic compatibility.
• How is the concealed tank serviced after the wall is finished?
Routine tank service is normally accessed through the flush-plate opening. Keep that opening accessible and follow the model's required wall depth, framing, and mounting-height instructions. Do not tile or permanently seal over the service opening.
