Shipping, Return & Refund Policies

SHIPPING

We are extremely happy to be able to offer FREE SHIPPING on everything you will find on our site! Handling usually takes 1 - 3 days, unless specified otherwise on the product page. Shipping times are 1 - 4 days depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided.


RETURNS

Nothing makes us happier than satisfied customers, and we do our best to make that happen. We mean it.

However, there are things outside of our control. B4A is an authorized distributor and does not manufacture the products it distributes. We do, however, curate our inventory and only offer products that meet our standards for quality. With this in mind, things happen — individual items may get damaged during shipping, or small defects may slip through our QA measures. In those cases, we’re here for you.

If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following return policy:

1. Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled prior to shipment, payment will be fully refunded. Once a Bill of Lading or tracking number is generated, the order is considered shipped and cancellations are treated as returns.

2. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact info@bath4all.com to obtain an RMA. Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Merchandise not removed from original packaging, not installed, and in new, resalable condition 
  • Defective merchandise 
  • Merchandise damaged during shipping 

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the wrong product was shipped, the item is defective, or damaged during transit.

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except in cases of shipping error, defect, or transit damage.

Personal Hygiene Products – Important Notice

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, personal hygiene products (including bidet seats, electronic washlets, and similar items) cannot be returned once installed, connected to water or power, or used.

These items are returnable only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Any issues after installation will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Damage Reporting

All damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method only.
