• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. To initiate a return, simply send us an email detailing the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll guide you through the steps.

The Standard R ECOPOWER or AC 1.0 GPM touchless spout, 10 second on-demand flow is ideal for high-traffic spaces, providing an elegant water conservation solution. The 1.0 GPM 10 second on-demand faucet uses only 0.18 gallons per cycle and is CEC and CALGreen compliant.
The on-demand system means that water flows only when needed and cannot be accidentally left running. When hands are present, the water will flow, and when hands are removed, the water will stop. The spout works with your selection of compatible TOTO ECOPOWER or AC controller systems.
Included items: spout only. Purchased separately: Compatible TOTO ECOPOWER or AC operating controller, water supply line for G 1/2 inch connection, and optional mixing valve.
