• What if my order arrives damaged?

• What about the seat height?
Most standard toilets, like the one on this page, are 16-17 inches high from the floor to the top of the seat, or about 15 inches to the bowl rim (Regular Height). They provide the traditional seating position that many users prefer for its natural feel and familiarity. However, older adults and people with disabilities might prefer taller Universal Height toilets.
• Will I regret not choosing a toilet with a higher flush volume?

The TOTO WASHLET S7A is operated by a stylish illuminated touch button remote with 4-user memory storage to save preferred settings. The chrome center-mounted push button that sits atop the tank allows you to proactively conserve water by choosing between a 0.9 GPF rinse or 1.28 GPF for tougher jobs. The Aquia IV comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in, but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter.
