• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.

The spout includes removable and easy to clean AeroFlo aerator which provides an eco-friendly 1.75 gpm flow.
Houzer's proprietary quick connect interlock system and oversized locknut provide easy installation and durability to last for the lifetime of the faucet. The Vitale's slender and stylish water control handle is designed to glide forward for ultra-smooth water control, yet precision engineered with limited 15° rear action to prevent it from hitting the backsplash.
Fitted with our CeraDox Ceramic disc cartridge, Houzer guarantees a lifetime of reliable leakproof operation. The Vitale bar faucet is manufactured with the latest technology in the art of metallurgy and crafted with raw molten brass from start to finish in our ISO certified Houzer factory in Israel.
