• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.
• What if I need to return something?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item, the product is defective, or it was damaged during transit. The Scepter is fitted with a removable and easy-to-clean AeroFlo aerator and provides an environment-friendly 1.75 gpm water flow. It is connected to our UltraBraid hybrid stainless steel-nylon hoses, allowing the hand spray to pull out 20"+ for extra-long reach. Easily fill pots or cleaning buckets outside of your sink with the durability and flexibility of XtendHose technology.
Houzer's proprietary quick-connect interlock system and oversized locknut provide easy installation and durability to last for the lifetime of the faucet.
The Scepter's ornate traditional styled topmount water control handle is precision engineered for ultra-smooth omnidirectional gliding for precise temperature and flow control.
