• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item, the product is defective, or it was damaged during transit. Houzer VISPD-869-PC Vision hidden pull down kitchen faucet in polished chrome with a concealed pulldown hand spray combines aesthetic beauty, versatility and 70 years of faucet craftsmanship into a patented, uniquely designed work of art. Elegantly crafted from solid brass, the concealed pulldown hand spray resides within the spout, leaving the gracefully curved design of the faucet seamless, superior to conventional pulldown faucets.
Fitted with a removable and easy to clean AeroFlo aerator, the Vision provides an 1.75 gpm flow, combined with the versatility of a dual function water flow: stream or wide-angle spray. This ergonomic hand spray constructed of solid brass, is connected to our UltraBraid hybrid stainless steel-nylon hoses, allowing the hand spray to pull out 20+ inches for extra-long reach. Easily fill pots or cleaning buckets outside of your sink with the durability and flexibility of XtendHose technology.
Houzer's proprietary quick connect interlock system and oversized locknut provide easy installation and durability to last for the lifetime of the faucet. The Vision's gracefully slim water control handle is designed to glide forward for accurate water control, yet precision engineered with limited 15° rear action to prevent it from hitting the backsplash.
Fitted with Houzer's CeraDox Ceramic disc cartridge guarantees a lifetime of ultra-smooth and Leakproof operation. The Vision hidden pulldown kitchen faucet is constructed of solid brass with our HydroMold brass casting process created from start to finish in our ISO certified Houzer factory in Israel.
