Same cleansing performance. TOTO S7A adds auto open/close (sensor and remote-controlled); S7 does not offer that. Choose S7A if hands-free matters for convenience or accessibility.
• Is the deodorizer a gimmick?

• Is auto open/close worth it?

• Will S7A's automation features work on any toilet?
Auto open/close works anywhere, but Auto-Flush requires a compatible TOTO Washlet+ toilet and the separate auto-flush kit, which does NOT work with rounded models.
• What if I need to return something?
