• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.
• What about the seat height?
Most standard toilets, like the one on this page, are 16-17 inches high from the floor to the top of the seat, or about 15 inches to the bowl rim (Regular Height). They provide the traditional seating position that many users prefer for its natural feel and familiarity. However, older adults and people with disabilities might prefer taller Universal Height toilets.
• Is the seat included?
Yes, this toilet includes the original TOTO SoftClose toilet seat.
• Will you deliver this toilet to California?
Absolutely. TOTO operates about a dozen fulfillment centers across the country, including one in Perris, CA – so California orders ship within the state.
• What is this Washlet+ stuff?
This toilet is Washlet+ compatible. Washlet+ compatible toilets have a special channel (a strategically placed hole) on the bowl surface to help conceal a bidet seat's supply line and power cord for a cleaner look. Other than that, it functions as a standard toilet, and you can use it without a washlet. A washlet will also work with a non-Washlet+ toilet, but the wires will be visible.
Please note: this toilet is REGULAR (STANDARD) HEIGHT (15" from the floor to the rim). For the UNIVERSAL HEIGHT (16 1/8" to the rim) - please see model MS776124CSFG#01.

This version of the Drake has a left-hand chrome trip lever. TOTO Washlet+ toilets feature a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal the optional Washlet+ bidet seat supply line and power cords for seamless integration.
