• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.
• Why do you ask for phone numbers during checkout?
Some shipping carriers, especially those handling freight, require a phone number to coordinate your delivery. We respect your privacy and guarantee that any information you provide will never be shared with third parties, except for shipping purposes.
• Does the WASHLET need a hot-water line or an electrical outlet?
The included WASHLET S2 connects to the cold-water supply, so a separate hot-water line is not needed. Its internal heater provides continuous warm washing water. It does require a properly grounded electrical outlet near the toilet. Have the installer confirm the outlet location and circuit requirements from the WASHLET installation manual.
• Is the bidet operated with a remote or controls on the seat?
The included WASHLET S2 uses a control panel attached to the side of the seat. There is no separate handheld remote; washing, temperature, and drying settings are operated from that panel. Check that the panel will be within comfortable reach in your bathroom.
• Does the self-cleaning WASHLET still need regular cleaning?
Yes. Automatic wand rinsing and bowl misting help between cleanings, but the seat, lid, bowl, and accessible filters still need routine care. Wipe the WASHLET with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaner, and follow its manual for wand and filter maintenance. Avoid abrasive cleaners and bleach on the seat.

The TOTO Washlet S2 features TOTO's technologically advanced eWater+ system that cleans the wand, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. Premist wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. WASHLET S2 is operated by a side-mounted control panel with a 4-user memory storage to save preferred settings. WASHLET S2 features five spray settings, heated seat, a nightlight, and instantaneous water heating.
The TOTO UltraMax features TOTO's Tornado Flush, a hole-free rim design with dual-nozzles that create a high-pressure centrifugal washing action that washes the bowl more efficiently than regular flushing mechanisms. It also includes CEFIONTECT, a layer of exceptionally smooth ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the inner surface of the toilet bowl.
This one-piece toilet is designed with Universal Height, allowing for a more comfortable seated position across a wide range of users. The UltraMax comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in. The UltraMax is ADA compliant and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense and CALGreen requirements. Features a left-hand chrome trip lever.
