• What's the difference between IoT-Ready and IoT-Enabled?
IoT-Ready means the product is built to work with TOTO's smart-monitoring system but needs a separately-sold communication card to activate. IoT-Enabled comes with the card already installed and ready to connect. Both perform the same core functions - the IoT module adds remote usage tracking, maintenance alerts, and diagnostic data for facility managers.
• Does ECOPOWER need batteries or external power?
No batteries and no wiring. ECOPOWER generates its own electricity from the force of water flowing through the controller each time it activates, then stores it for the next use. That's why commercial facilities prefer ECOPOWER - no battery replacement schedule and no electrician needed for installation.
• Why 2 spouts on this model?
This dispenser has 2 integrated spouts - pick the variant that matches the number of sink stations in your restroom. The 2-spout version reduces the count of separate dispensers users see on the counter and simplifies maintenance.
• How big is the soap reservoir?

• Will it work with any liquid or foam soap?
Designed for TOTO's compatible foam soap formula - using standard liquid hand soaps can clog the foaming mechanism. Most facility-supply companies sell compatible foam soap concentrates that work with these dispensers and meet the same hygiene standards as commercial hand-soap programs.
