• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.

• Can I use this flush valve with any toilet or urinal?
This valve is listed for 1.0 gallons per flush. A flushometer must match the fixture's rated flush volume, inlet size and location, and supply requirements. It cannot be selected by finish or brand alone. Have the installer verify available flowing pressure and supply-pipe sizing for the complete fixture.
• Does the ECOPOWER flush valve need to be plugged into an outlet?
ECOPOWER generates electricity from flowing water and stores energy internally for sensor operation, so the ECOPOWER system does not need a wall outlet. It still has energy-storage components that can need service. Follow the model's instructions for long periods of non-use and any low-power indication.
The TOTO TET6UAR#CP ECOPOWER Flush Valve is a touchless, ultra-high-efficiency commercial flushometer designed to deliver a consistent 1.0-gallon flush. Its self-powered hydroelectric system generates and stores electricity from flowing water, eliminating the need for an external power connection or routine battery replacement. A self-adjusting sensor activates the flush automatically, while a mechanical override button provides manual operation when needed.
Finished in polished chrome, the TET6UAR#CP features a durable valve body, a self-cleaning piston with a 360-degree filter screen, and an adjustable tailpiece for installation flexibility. It is designed for toilets with a 1-1/2" top-spud inlet using a 24" vacuum breaker tube. This model includes the flush valve only; the vacuum breaker set, angle stop, spud nut and escutcheon, and sweat solder kit are sold separately.
