The TOTO ZN 1.1 GPM Electronic Touchless Bathroom Faucet with Soft Flow and Safety Thermo Technology demonstrates TOTO's desire to continually innovate and improve. This new automatic faucet provides a smooth supply of water with an incredibly soft touch. The Soft Flow technology not only provides a pleasant feeling on your skin, but it helps to keep water from splashing within the basin. A simple wave of the hand changes the temperature of the faucet from hot to cold and vice versa. The temperature LED light on the side will indicate the current setting. The spout is made of solid brass and the finish is polished to the last detail. Safety Thermo technology has been incorporated into the separately sold ZN controller to prevent scalding. The faucet is WaterSense, CEC, CALGreen, and ADA compliant. Includes spout only. Purchased separately: TLP01702U controller, drain assembly.

Frequently Asked Questions
• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.
• Why do you ask for phone numbers during checkout?
Some shipping carriers, especially those handling freight, require a phone number to coordinate your delivery. We respect your privacy and guarantee that any information you provide will never be shared with third parties, except for shipping purposes.
• Does this ZN touchless faucet include its operating controller?
No. This spout requires the TOTO TLP01702U controller, which is sold separately. The controller provides the specified electrical operation and thermostatic mixing arrangement. Plan space and the required electrical supply below the sink before installation.
• How should I clean the finish without damaging it?
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap, rinse away residue, and dry after cleaning. Avoid abrasive pads and strong acidic or bleach-based cleaners unless the exact model's care instructions allow them. Do not spray or immerse electronic controls or sensor housings.
