• What is the difference between the TOTO SS114#01 and SS124#01 toilet seats?
Their look and function are quite similar. However, the SS124#01 features more convenient top-mounting hardware – you install and tighten the seat from above the bowl through the seat bolt holes. The SS114#01 uses a traditional seat-mounting method: you drop the bolts through the seat holes from above, but the key difference is that you secure them from underneath the bowl. The top-mounted SS124#01 is preferred when the underside of the toilet is hard to reach, which is common on skirted toilets and some WASHLET+ bowls, or if you simply prefer not to crawl around.

• What if my order arrives damaged?
