• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. To initiate a return, simply send us an email detailing the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll guide you through the steps.

The TOTO Aquia IV Elongated Skirted Toilet Bowl is designed for use with the Aquia IV tank. The skirted design conceals the trapway, which enhances the elegant look of the toilet and adds an additional level of sophistication.
Skirted Design toilets also minimize the need to reach behind the bowl to clean the nooks and crannies of the exterior trapway. When paired with its tank, the Aquia IV features TOTO's DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH, utilizing a 360 degree cleaning power to reach every part of the bowl.
This version of the Aquia IV includes CEFIONTECT, a layer of ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to ceramic surfaces. This feature, coupled with DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH, helps to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The enhanced design of the Aquia IV inner bowl reduces water flow resistance and turbulence, resulting in a quieter flush. The Aquia IV bowl offers TOTO T40 WASHLET+ compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade. The WASHLET+ toilet features a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal your WASHLET+ supply line and power cord for seamless integration.
The Universal Height design allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. When paired with its tank, the Aquia IV meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California's CEC and CALGreen requirements.
The Aquia IV comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in, but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: tank, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and WASHLET+ or seat designed for WASHLET+.
