• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. The TOTO Drake two-piece elongated 1.6 GPF Tornado Flush Toilet with CEFIONTECT and SoftClose Seat, Washlet+ Ready is a beautifully designed high profile toilet. Featuring TOTO's Tornado Flush, a rimless, hole-free design with dual-nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently.

This version of the TOTO Drake includes CEFIONTECT, a layer of exceptionally smooth glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic. CEFIONTECT, coupled with Tornado Flush, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning.

This version of the Drake has a left-hand chrome trip lever. TOTO Washlet+ toilets feature a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal the optional Washlet+ bidet seat supply line and power cords for seamless integration.

This Drake two piece toilet includes a tank to bowl gasket, tank to bowl hardware, toilet bolt caps and SoftClose toilet seat.

Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and optional T40 Washlet+ electronic bidet seat.

  • Tornado Flush swirls water in a circular pattern to fully wash the bowl surface. CEFIONTECT is an ultra-smooth glaze that minimizes waste from sticking so that it is easily washed away.
  • The 1.6 gallon per flush Drake enables you to save water without worrying about diminished performance. The Drake features a wide 3 inch flush valve and a siphon jet bowl that gets the job done in one flush.
  • Contemporary design and 21st century functionality - update your oasis with this stylish design that couples well with any bathroom decor. The elongated bowl provides added space for comfort. The toilet fits into 12 inch rough-in installations and has a left-hand trip lever.
  • Washlet+ compatibility for when you're ready to upgrade - this model will include the Drake tank, bowl, and SoftClose seat. Complete your toilet with an optional Washlet+ bidet seat upgrade. Washlet+ models enable concealment of the cord and hose.
