• What's the difference between IoT-Ready and IoT-Enabled?
IoT-Ready means the product is built to work with TOTO's smart-monitoring system but needs a separately-sold communication card to activate. IoT-Enabled comes with the card already installed and ready to connect. Both perform the same core functions - the IoT module adds remote usage tracking, maintenance alerts, and diagnostic data for facility managers.
• What's the 1.0 GPM rate and is it adjustable?
The 1.0 GPM flow is factory-set and not adjustable - TOTO calibrates it to meet WaterSense efficiency standards. If you need different flow characteristics, you'd need a different controller model rated for your target GPM. Check before ordering.
• Will it work with my existing touchless faucet?
Compatible only with TOTO-compatible touchless faucet spouts that are designed to pair with separate controllers. Check the faucet's spec sheet for the controller model it's designed to work with. Mismatched pairings won't function correctly and may damage the spout or controller.
