TOTO TEU1LAR#CP EcoPower 0.5 GPF High-Efficiency Exposed Urinal Flush Valve Only, Polished Chrome

• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.

• Why do you ask for phone numbers during checkout?
Some shipping carriers, especially those handling freight, require a phone number to coordinate your delivery. We respect your privacy and guarantee that any information you provide will never be shared with third parties, except for shipping purposes.

• Can I use this flush valve with any toilet or urinal?
This valve is listed for 0.5 gallons per flush. A flushometer must match the fixture's rated flush volume, inlet size and location, and supply requirements. It cannot be selected by finish or brand alone. Have the installer verify available flowing pressure and supply-pipe sizing for the complete fixture.

• Does the ECOPOWER flush valve need to be plugged into an outlet?
ECOPOWER generates electricity from flowing water and stores energy internally for sensor operation, so the ECOPOWER system does not need a wall outlet. It still has energy-storage components that can need service. Follow the model's instructions for long periods of non-use and any low-power indication.
