• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except in cases where the incorrect product was shipped, the item is defective, or it was damaged during transit. The DuoFit provides a WaterSense certified dual-flush option with TOTO's DYNAMAX Tornado Flush system. Choose between a 0.9 GPF rinse or 1.28 GPF for tougher jobs. This package arrives complete with a rectangular dual flush push plate and corresponding square, slim SoftClose seat.
The skirted design of the SP bowl conceals the trapway, which enhances the elegant look of the toilet and adds an additional level of sophistication. Skirted design Toilets also eliminate the need to reach behind the bowl to clean the nooks and crannies of the exterior trapway, and the wall mount position saves up to 9 inches of floor space compared to standard floor-mounted Toilets. The SP bowl features TOTO's DYNAMAX Tornado Flush system, a hole-free rim design featuring three powerful nozzles that generate a centrifugal, cyclonic rinsing action with the option of 0.9 or 1.28 gallons of water. This wall hung Toilet bowl also features TOTO's CeFiONtect glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic. This feature, coupled with the DYNAMAX Tornado Flush reduces the frequency of Toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning.
The DuoFit harness allows you to select a mounting height of 15 to 19 inches, providing the opportunity to establish the most comfortable bowl height for you. The in-wall unit can support up to 880lbs when installed properly.
The kit arrives ready to be installed within a 2" x 6" stud setting with a 2" x 6" polyethylene waste outlet. If you require installation within a 2" x 4" setting, you can purchase TOTO's 2" x 4" PVC outlet kit (THU343). Includes: SP Toilet Bowl (CT449CFG), SoftClose Seat (SS249), DuoFit In-Wall Tank with copper supply (WT172M), Push Plate in either white or silver (YT920), and mounting hardware.
