• What if my order arrives damaged?

• Will I regret not choosing a toilet with a higher flush volume?
Unlikely. TOTO has been working on flushing technologies as if their livelihood depends on it – and in some places, it does. TOTO's Tornado Flush technology uses 3-inch flush valves (instead of traditional flappers) to force water into dual nozzles, creating powerful cyclonic rinsing action. • Can I use a Washlet bidet seat with this toilet?
100%. While this toilet is not advertised as Washlet+ ready - it's fully compatible with most bidet seats. However, unlike Washlet+ models, this toilet does not have a pre-drilled channel to conceal the Washlet's water supply hose and power cord.
