• Will you deliver this toilet to California?
Absolutely. TOTO operates about a dozen fulfillment centers across the country, including one in Perris, CA – so California orders ship within the state.
• My rough-in distance is 11 inches. Do I need a 10-inch or a 12-inch rough-in toilet?
First, measure the distance from the center of the bolts to the finished wall (not the baseboard). With an 11 inch rough-in, you almost always want the 10-inch rough-in toilet. A 12-inch version might hit the wall, but with a toilet designed for a 10-inch rough-in, the worst-case scenario is you'll have about a 2-inch gap behind the tank. Note – Toto's 10-inch rough-in toilets have a .10 in their model numbers before the #.
