• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. To initiate a return, simply send us an email detailing the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll guide you through the steps.
• Why do you collect phone numbers?
Some shipping carriers, particularly those handling freight deliveries, require a phone number to coordinate your delivery. Many codes require that exhaust fans installed in multi-family fire-rated ceilings must be protected by dampers, which, in case of fire, protect against the spread of heat and flame. When the air temperature passing through the damper exceeds 165-degreesF the fusible link melts, triggering the thermal fabric to automatically close across the damper. Airflow is interrupted by a flame and heat barrier, preventing the rapid spread of fire to other areas.
