• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. With a dual suction system the Revive is able to move through more air faster than comparable sized machines and super-efficient evaporative humidification makes for a more consistent humidity level.
The Revive contains a granulated carbon filter, which traps and removes odors, harmful gases, and VOCs. The Revive also comes with an Off-Gassing Reduction filter. Using a proprietary catalyst, this filter effectively removes invisible substances like formaldehyde and VOCs that contribute to "Sick House Syndrome" and can cause health and respiratory issues. Other Specialized Filters are available for purchase separately.
Using evaporative humidification and dual true HEPA filtration, Revive doesn't just purify the air but refreshes it as well. Air is drawn in through two suction points on the front and back of the unit, where it's passed through dual carbon and true HEPA certified filters, removing 99.7% of all particulate matter, allergens, and pollutants.
With evaporative humidification, water is wicked up through a specialized filter, where the air then passes through and is evenly distributed throughout your home, instead of concentrating around the unit or damaging furniture with dense vapor pockets.
