What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.

What if I need to return the item I purchased?

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit.
