• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. - Please note: this is a single threshold base and is designed for alcove installations in shower spaces with three finished walls around it, creating a recessed space.
- Compatible shower door size: Remember, the shower base is installed in a rough opening, which is larger than the finished opening where the shower door goes. When walls and tile are added, the finished opening will be smaller than the base. Be sure to factor this in when purchasing your shower door. For example: for a 38" wide shower door - you will likely need a 40" shower base.
