• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. To initiate a return, simply send us an email detailing the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll guide you through the steps.

The drain is located under the user's feet. The tub is 5 feet long. There is a larger 6 foot size also available (Model# AM154ETL-R6). This tub is also available in a variant that enables the user to face the opposite direction (Model# AM154ETL-L5 and AM154ETL-L6) Chromotherapy LED lighting system creates a serine atmosphere. Colors change automatically or manually; gradually blending into one another in a cycle, or remaining on your favorite color only.
Our fiberglass and stainless steel-reinforced MaxLoad high gloss acrylic is stronger and more resilient than the material used by our competitors. The acrylic is scratch resistant and extra-smooth, making it difficult for dirt and bacteria to attach and easier to clean. Choose your favorite of 4 different levels of jet pressure or utilize the automatic gradual change of jet pressure from low to high in a loop.
