• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. To initiate a return, simply send us an email detailing the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll guide you through the steps.

Please note that this tub fills itself through the jets! Tub comes with chrome fixtures, but if you'd like you can replace them and use your own instead. Includes a square shaped hand held shower head. Chromotherapy LED lighting system creates a serine atmosphere. Colors change automatically or manually; gradually blending into one another in a cycle, or remaining on your favorite color only.

The heater will only work while the jets are operating.
Features back flow preventer on the shower heads. This prevents bacteria, mold, and odor buildup. Choose your favorite of 4 different levels of jet pressure or utilize the automatic gradual change of jet pressure from low to high in a loop. Auto protection function for pump (if there is not enough water in the whirlpool bathtub the pump cannot be started) and 60 minutes auto shutdown function.
