While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.

The Ascend features an innovative, lightweight and ergonomic pull-up hand spray that is integrated into the rear of this chic contemporary faucet. When the hand spray is docked into the faucet, the flow is diverted to the primary high profile 90¡ spout to handle large kitchenware.
Fitted with a removable and easy to clean AeroFlo aerator, the Ascend provides an 1.75 gpm water flow, combined with the versatility of a dual function stream or wide-angle spray. This easy grip, wand type hand spray is connected to our UltraBraid Nylon hoses, allowing the hand spray to pull out 20+ inches for extra-long reach. Easily fill pots or cleaning buckets outside of your sink with the durability and flexibility of XtendHose technology.
Houzer's proprietary quick connect interlock system and oversized locknut provide easy installation and durability to last for the lifetime of the faucet. The Ascend's ergonomic water control handle is precision engineered for ultra-smooth forward action that stops at 90¡ pointing up, preventing it from hitting the backsplash.
