• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.

• Why do you ask for phone numbers during checkout?
Some shipping carriers, especially those handling freight, require a phone number to coordinate your delivery. We respect your privacy and guarantee that any information you provide will never be shared with third parties, except for shipping purposes.

• How do I clean this sink and prevent a dull or chalky film?
Wash the granite composite surface with mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft sponge, then rinse and dry it. Hard-water minerals can leave a pale film that makes the color look dull; it does not necessarily mean the sink has faded. Use the manufacturer's approved mineral-deposit cleaner when needed, and avoid steel wool and harsh chemicals.

• What cabinet size and countertop cutout do I need?
The listed minimum cabinet width is 36 inches. Allow room inside for the bowl, mounting hardware, drain, and any disposal or other accessories; the cabinet's outside width alone does not confirm fit. Have the installer use the actual sink and its installation template before making the countertop cutout.

• Does the sink need a special strainer or garbage-disposal flange?
Use a strainer or disposal flange that matches the sink's drain opening and the thickness around it. A standard-sized opening alone does not confirm the flange will reach through the material. If you plan to add a disposal, have the installer check flange length and clearance below the bowl before buying the drain fittings.
