The system includes an 81 ounce (5/8 gallon) stainless steel tank and an easy-to-adjust temperature control - delivering hot water at temperatures up to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. With the above industry standard 1,500 watt heating element, the tank is designed for quick recovery for continued use and is equipped to provide up to 100 cups/hour of near-boiling water.
