• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. To initiate a return, simply send us an email detailing the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll guide you through the steps.

The TOTO Drake Elongated Universal Height Tornado Flush Toilet Bowl with CEFIONTECT, Washlet+ Ready is designed for a T40 Washlet+ connection and features a channel on the bowl surface to run your Washlet supply line and power cord for the purpose of concealing them.
The Drake features TOTO's Tornado Flush, a rimless, hole-free design with dual-nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. The Washlet+ TOTO Drake includes CEFIONTECT, a layer of exceptionally smooth glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic.
CEFIONTECT, coupled with Tornado Flush, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning.
This version of the Drake offers TOTO T40 Washlet+ compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade. The Drake is designed in TOTO's Universal Height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users.
The bowl is ADA compliant and when paired with the correct tank, can meet the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California's CEC and CALGreen requirements.
Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: compatible tank, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and TOTO toilet seat or T40 Washlet+ electronic bidet seat. Tank to bowl gasket and hardware comes with the tank.

- Contemporary design and future-proof functionality - Update your oasis with this stylish design that couples well with any bathroom decor. The elongated bowl provides added space for comfort. This bowl fits into 12 inch rough-in installations.
- Washlet+ compatibility for when you're ready to upgrade - this model will include the Drake tank, bowl, and SoftClose seat. Complete your toilet with an optional Washlet+ bidet seat upgrade. Washlet+ models enable concealment of the cord and hose.
