Please note: Most TOTO bowls do not carry their own GPF rating because the flush volume is determined by the tank, not the bowl. The tank controls how much water is released per flush – 1.28 GPF, 1.6 GPF, etc. The bowl simply receives whatever volume the tank delivers. A 1.28 GPF toilet and a 1.6 GPF toilet use different tanks, but the bowl is exactly the same.

Frequently Asked Questions
• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.
• Why do you ask for phone numbers during checkout?
Some shipping carriers, especially those handling freight, require a phone number to coordinate your delivery. We respect your privacy and guarantee that any information you provide will never be shared with third parties, except for shipping purposes.
• Will this bowl work with any in-wall carrier?
No. Use the carrier and flushing system approved for this bowl. Match the bowl connections, mounting dimensions, and flush rating to the specified system; another carrier's bolt spacing alone does not confirm compatibility.
• What needs to be planned before installing a wall-hung bowl?
Confirm the carrier is properly supported inside the wall, the drain and water connections are in the required positions, and the finished mounting height leaves the needed clearances. Allow access to the concealed tank through its service opening.
This Wall-Hung Elongated Toilet with skirted design and CeFiONtect provides a sleek and modern addition to your bathroom. Skirted design toilets eliminate the need to reach behind the bowl to clean the nooks and crannies of the exterior trapway, and the wall-hung design frees up valuable floor space, giving your bathroom a more open feel.
The EP bowl is coated with a ceramic glaze that creates a slick surface to help prevent waste from sticking and keep the bowl cleaner for longer. When this bowl is paired with toto's duo fit in-wall tank system, you can select a mounting height ranging, allowing you to establish a comfortable bowl height for a wide array of individuals. The EP wall-hung bowl has been designed for best results when used with the sold-separately duo fit in-wall tank system and T40 washlet+ models.
