Frequently Asked Questions
• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.
• Why do you ask for phone numbers during checkout?
Some shipping carriers, especially those handling freight, require a phone number to coordinate your delivery. We respect your privacy and guarantee that any information you provide will never be shared with third parties, except for shipping purposes.
• Can this toilet fit a 10-inch or 14-inch rough-in?
Yes. This Glaston is supplied for a 12-inch rough-in and can be adapted using the separately sold TOTO TSU10W.10 adapter for 10 inches or TSU10W.14 for 14 inches. Measure from the finished wall to the drain center, excluding the baseboard, and check the installation drawing for supply-valve clearance.
• Is the included seat heated or does it have bidet functions?
No. This configuration includes a SoftClose seat, which lowers gently but does not provide water cleansing or electric seat heating. Those features require a compatible electronic WASHLET purchased separately. Check the exact toilet and WASHLET model pairing before ordering an upgrade.
• Is a skirted toilet easier to clean?
The Glaston skirt covers the exterior trapway, giving you smooth sides to wipe instead of exposed curves and recesses around the base. The bowl and seat still need regular cleaning. Use non-abrasive cleaners and soft tools, and keep chemical cleaners out of the tank.
The TOTO Glaston two-piece Washlet+ Ready elongated 1.28 GPF universal height skirted toilet has a sleek and clean high-profile design, upholding TOTO's vision to create a culture of comfortable, healthy living. The TOTO Glaston features a modern, two-piece design that will instantly elevate any bathroom decor.
The Skirted Design of the TOTO Glaston conceals the trapway, which enhances the fluid design of the toilet and adds an additional level of sophistication. Skirted Design toilets also eliminate the need to reach behind the bowl to clean the nooks and crannies of the exterior trapway.
The TOTO Glaston features TOTO's TORNADO FLUSH, a hole-free rim design with dual-nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently.
This two-piece toilet is designed with Universal Height, allowing for a more comfortable seated position across a wide range of users. The Glaston comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in, but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter.
The Glaston is ADA compliant and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense and CALGreen requirements. Features a left-hand chrome trip lever and includes TOTO SoftClose seat SS124.
Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: Compatible toilet seat, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and water supply lines.
