Frequently Asked Questions
• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.
• Why do you ask for phone numbers during checkout?
Some shipping carriers, especially those handling freight, require a phone number to coordinate your delivery. We respect your privacy and guarantee that any information you provide will never be shared with third parties, except for shipping purposes.
• Does this bathtub need an electrical connection?
This tub has powered air or bathing-system components, so it needs the electrical supply and protection specified in its installation instructions. Keep the blower, controls, and any service panels accessible. Confirm the circuit and equipment location before enclosing the tub.
• What space and service access should I plan around this tub?
Use the tub's installation drawing to check its overall dimensions, drain location, filled weight, and the reach of the tub filler. Leave the required access to the drain and any powered equipment before enclosing or fixing the tub. The bathing-well dimensions are smaller than the overall dimensions and are not a cabinet or floor cutout size.
