• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. To initiate a return, simply send us an email detailing the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll guide you through the steps.

The TOTO Promenade II Universal Height Elongated Toilet Bowl is designed for use with the Promenade II 1G ST403U 1.0GPF or Promenade II ST403E 1.28GPF tank. The Promenade II features TOTO's Tornado Flush, a hole-free rim design with dual-nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. This version of the TOTO Promenade II includes CeFiONtect, a layer of exceptionally smooth glaze that prevents particles from adhering to the ceramic. This feature, coupled with Tornado Flush, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The Promenade II is designed in TOTO's Universal Height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. The bowl is ADA compliant and when paired with its tank, it meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California's CEC and CALGreen requirements. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: tank, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and toilet seat.
