• What if I receive my order damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of all orders, certain circumstances during transit may be beyond our control. We ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo depicting the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund.
• What if I need to return the item I purchased?
We’re happy to accommodate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. The TOTO Entrada E-Max 1.28 GPF Toilet Tank is designed for use with the Entrada C243EF or C244EF 1.28GPF bowl. The Entrada tank includes a tank to bowl gasket, tank to bowl hardware, and toilet bolt caps. The Entrada tank features TOTO's E-Max flush technology, featuring a 3" wide flush valve. This reliable, highly efficient combination generates a powerful cleansing flush while only using 1.28 gallons of water. The Entrada tank comes equipped with a left-hand chrome trip lever. The Entrada tank meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California's CEC and CALGreen requirements. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: bowl, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and toilet seat.
