TOTO soap dispensers offer automatic, touchless operation. The hands-free function dispenses soap without contact. The self-adjusting sensor on the spout detects the user's hand to automatically dispense a controlled amount of foam soap. The 3 liter (.08 gallon) reservoir and controller is designed to connect with one chrome plated spout. Includes controller base unit with 3 liter (0.8 gallon) reservoir, one chrome plated spout, mounting hardware and supply lines. TOTO soap is required for proper functionality and is sold separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
• What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in the packaging and handling of orders, we ask that customers inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo showing the damages (so we can file a claim with the carrier), and let us know whether you prefer a free replacement or a refund.
• Why do you ask for phone numbers during checkout?
Some shipping carriers, especially those handling freight, require a phone number to coordinate your delivery. We respect your privacy and guarantee that any information you provide will never be shared with third parties, except for shipping purposes.
• Can I use any brand of soap in this automatic dispenser?
Use the TOTO soap specified for this dispenser. The pump and dispensing components are designed for a particular formulation and viscosity. Substituting ordinary liquid soap in a foam system, or vice versa, can prevent proper dispensing and clog the internal parts.
• What should I check if the sensor responds but no soap comes out?
Check the reservoir level, power connection or specified batteries, and whether the correct soap is being used. A dried nozzle or an unprimed supply line can also interrupt dispensing. Follow the model's priming and cleaning procedure rather than forcing the nozzle or adding stronger cleaners.
